The Saint Cecilia Parish Festival will be held on Friday, August 13 from 5:00-Midnight and on Saturday, August 14 from 4:00-Midnight. Our annual event is fun for all ages from children to adults and features a number of activities, rides, games, great food and entertainment. Come out and enjoy a relaxing afternoon or evening while supporting our parish.
Festival Volunteer Sign-ups: It’s not too late to volunteer for the festival! Volunteer sheets are available in the Gathering Space and can also be found on our parish website at www.saintceciliachurch.org. You can also call the parish office to let us know of your availability. Bishop Ready students are also greatly encouraged to sign up to volunteer at the festival. Service hour requirements for Bishop Ready students have been revised this year to where students in all grade levels can earn service hours at their parish. Please make sure to print out a copy of the supervisor evaluation form online at https://www.brhs.org/ and have it signed by the booth chairperson.

Cake Booth: Calling All Home Bakers! Time to don those aprons and get baking! The cake booth is in need of home baked goodies. Although, we make a majority of the cakes for the festival, we still need your help. We are hoping for a record year and can use all the baked goods we can get. Popular items include any sort of homemade cake (pineapple upside down is the customer favorite!), cookies, and pies. The baked goods donations can be brought to Meeting Rooms A&B starting this Wednesday, August 11th and throughout the Festival. All items can also be dropped off at the Parish Office.
There will be a limited number of volunteers in the kitchen this year for baking and decorating the cakes. Volunteer sign-ups are available online at https://bit.ly/Cake_Booth. Youth sign-up is for EDGE kids (6-8th grade) and High School Youth Group (9-12th grade) only. For safety reasons, younger children or younger siblings cannot attend.
* You are able to sign up for both time slots each day.
* Only sign up for one job under each time slot.
* For those signing up for both time slots either day, a light lunch will be provided.
