MOM'S GROUP
The St. Cecilia Mom's
Group provides an
opportunity for mothers to gather together, share
conversation, faith and friendship. Although this
group started in response to the requests from mothers of
young preschool age children, it is open to all mothers,
with children of all ages.
Children are welcomed
at our meetings so their mom can attend; moms who would
otherwise be unable to attend without their children.
Bring a few toys!
At each meeting we have
a planned topic for discussion. Our members can plan
and organize a group discussion topic if they would like to.
We also have invited guests to our meetings, each of them
with worthwhile information to share with the group.
A few of the topics
that we have covered include: school, holiday
traditions, Advent, family prayer, time management, raising
Catholic children, devotion to Mary.
