ARRIVAL
AND DISMISSAL: You are
required to bring your child to the classroom door. DO NOT drop your
child off in the parking lot. Also, do not allow a child's sibling or
other child to escort him/her to the classroom. Please use the main
entrance doors (east). At
dismissal time, the children will not be permitted to leave the room until a
parent or other designated adult has come to get them. The teacher
should be informed as to who will be responsible for picking up a child or
group of children. We must have written permission to release the
child to an adult other than the parent. Please notify the teacher of
any special circumstances regarding pick-up authorization. Please be
prompt.
VISITING: Parents are
encouraged to come to preschool with their child at least once a year.
These visits are a time for children and parents to enjoy preschool
together. If you are coming to spend time with your preschooler,
please leave other children at home. Opportunities for parents to
visit will be between the months of October and April. There will be
sign-up sheets for each class. We can accommodate one parent per
session.

MASS
TIME CHANGE
On
Sunday, May 25, we will switch to the “summer” Mass schedule.
Since during the summer people tend to want to go to earlier
Masses, the last Mass will be at 11:30 a.m. instead of 12 noon.
The summer schedule has Mass times of Saturday 5:00 p.m., Sunday
7:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
CODE
OF CONDUCT
In
compliance with diocesan policies and in
anticipation of their planned audit of our parish,
we request that all volunteers for any parish
program sign and return the Code of Conduct Form to the parish
office (you may put it in the Sunday collection
basket, or mail it). If you have any questions, please contact
Mike Agriesti in the Parish Office (878-5353).

SACRIFICIAL GIVING PROGRAM
Each
member of the parish should have received a mailing including a flyer,
"Answers to Questions About Sacrificial Giving" and a pledge
card. We ask everyone to prayerfully consider a pledge of support to
our parish. If you have not already done so, please place
your completed pledge card in the collection basket at Mass. For any
questions regarding Sacrificial Giving or to receive a pledge card, please
contact the parish office.
