After a summer hiatus, The Parish Strategic Development Group is back to work making progress towards the goals created as a result of our work with the assistance of the ISPD (Institute of School & Parish Development) in May of 2007.

High priority assignment updates include:

Image Building & Outreach Team

The Fall Town Hall Meeting to be held on 10/16/08 at 7:00pm.  Join us for an evening filled with insight and information:

• Warren Wright will provide a spiritual presentation

• Learn about the Parish financial status

• Get a quick overview of the first few weeks of school

• Hear about Father Eilerman’s sabbatical in Italy

• Learn more about the TRIP Program

• Take a look at the updated Parish website

• Spend time with leaders from the Parish and learn about ways to volunteer your time 

Governance & Finance Team

• TRIP Program implementation for Parish participation targeted for mid-October

Communications Team

• Review all communication vehicles - underway

  • The News from the Pews – format changes in progress

  • Create communications process documentation - underway

Student Retention & Recruitment Team

• School Marketing and Recruitment Plan - underway

• Alumni Program – research in progress

Stewardship

• Time, Talent and Treasure Survey Process– underway
