Our Ash Wednesday offertory collections will benefit the Joint Organization for Inner-city Needs (JOIN). JOIN is an agency of the Diocese’s Catholic Charities Office. Thanks to all of your compassion, generosity, love and faith, JOIN was able to assist many of our sisters and brothers with daily essentials in 2025.  Through your generosity, over 2400 families received assistance to maintain their lights, heat or water.  Through your compassion, over 650 families received birth certificates that allowed them to get ID to apply for housing,

employment and school enrollment.  Once again, because of your love and your faith, JOIN was able to help more than 700 families get to their new jobs, to crucial doctors’ appointments and/or maintain their sobriety, by JOIN’s transportation program.  They are so grateful for all that you have contributed, both in resources and in prayers and in physical work. JOIN is also exploring exciting new ways to expand their capacity and impact with their parishes and partners this year.  They hope to work more closely with parishes and programs throughout the Diocese and share the blessings of our Faith. Your love, faith and compassion are what allow JOIN to share Christ’s love with all who connect with them.
