St. Cecilia is hiring part-time Choral Section Leaders for our church choir in all voice parts (1 opening each): Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Bass, for the choral season from September 2026 to June 2027.  Section Leaders provide leadership and guidance to volunteer choir members during Wednesday evening rehearsals, and sing regularly Sunday mornings and other Masses, including Christmas, the Paschal Triduum, Easter and occasional feast days. On occasion, the Section Leaders sing as an ensemble.  Requirements include demonstrable training in voice (college/conservatory training or equivalent), strong sight-reading skills, fluency with standard choral notation, and understanding of and support for the Catholic Church and its mission.  Employment is contingent on successful passing of BCI & FBI background checks and completion of Virtus Protecting God’s Children training.  Please contact Dr. Caroline Salido-Barta, 614-878-5353, ext. 115, drcaroline@ceciliachurch.org, for more information.
